Statutory Positions Course – RPL
This Statutory Position course is specifically designed to meet the competency requirements set out in Schedule 26 of the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022. It delivers the approved health and safety risk management units mandated by the regulator for individuals appointed to Statutory Positions within the Western Australian mining industry. The course is intended for those who need to obtain these risk management units of competency to comply with the new regulatory requirements.
It equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to carry out their duties effectively and safely on mine sites, ensuring they are properly prepared to be nominated and perform their responsibilities in a Statutory Position.
